Had a problem with some things that the Branch Manager did. Asked for her Supervisor's name and contact info and she refuses to give this information to me. She said she would pass my info on to the Supervisor. It's been two days. Have not heard anything from the Supervisor. Had to call the Brunswick branch to get Supervisor's contact info and they gave it to me no problem.Have called and left voice mail with District Supervisor, no call back. Have called and registered complaint with BB&T Customer Service. Have not heard back anything. How can a branch manager with BB&T refuse to give a customer her supervisor's contact information? Amazing. Would not do business here again.
