I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at Coastal Endodontics on Saint Simons Island, GA. When I first met Dr. Richard Raymond's assistant, it became obvious that the doctor was current in the newest Endodontic techniques. Dr. Richard Raymond and his assistant took the time to show me the x-ray of the tooth in question and explained the procedure. At the time of my office visit, my husband and I were experiencing some family crises that were going to cause us to leave town for several weeks. We were so thankful that Dr. Raymond was able to accommodate us and complete the procedure that same day. His demeanor and work convinced me of his professionalism, knowledge and skill, as well as a sensitivity to his patient's situation. Once the procedure was completed, Dr. Raymond reviewed the new x-ray with me so that I was able to appreciate the work he had done. The doctor personally reviewed the post operative instructions with me which included his personal phone number in the event of an emergency occurring after hours. All in all, I found the office to be efficient and helpful, the doctor and his assistant listened well, took the time to explain, and completed the procedure with skill and precision. Their demeanor throughout made me confident in the work being done. The personalized attention I received at this office is a rarity in the medical field these days. We are fortunate to have an Endodontist with this caliber of expertise and caring here on St. Simons Island!
I would give Coastal Endodontics six stars if I could. The staff here was awesome. I specifically delt with Doctor Green and two dental assistants, Ashley and April. Thank you again.
