Doctor Carter and her staff are considered one of the premier family practitioners on St. Simons Island. My wife and I appreciate that we have this practice at our convenience! The patient load usually stays full and that speaks for the quality of this medical facility itself !!
Dr. Carter us ok. Overscheduled maybe? Any message or simple refill is a crap shoot through the receptionist. no other doctors in our plan accepting new patients. We are stuck.
