We love this place the staff was wonderful the rooms could have been a little cleaner but we enjoy the hot tub at night the pool is not heated so this time of year it was not really used great hotel for the price.

Very nice place to stay. Clean rooms, clean pool, clean hot tub. Nice lobby and Continental breakfast. Very quick response from maintenance when issues arise. I ONLY wish my a/c would've cooled the bedroom lower than 67 (I like to hang meat in my bedroom to sleep lol)
The place has been renovated and is a much nicer place top to bottom than it was a few years ago. A really good breakfast, and the room was very clean, with lots of well thought out creature comforts.
Everyone there is EXTREAMLY helpful & very polite! Jeremy Thomas, the General Manager, came up, asked how our stay was and if there was anything he could do for us while we were there. It is wonderful, especially these days, to know that Customer Service still exists and people really do genuinely care. I would, and WILL, recommend this hotel to anyone going to Saint Simmons if they want a Great, beautifully decorated place to stay. I know we WILL be back!!!
