Bikes were new and perfect for St. Simons and Jekyll Islands. The bike behind for 4year old and kid seat for 1 year old worked great. As the other comments said, service was outstanding. They really make you feel like a valuable customer.
Best thing we did was rent a cart from these guys. It was definitely the way to see the island. Service was great. Did all paperwork electronically and cart was delivered and picked up on time as promised. We plan on coming back with the kids and renting again. Thanks
The staff was very courteous and helpful. Prompt free delivery and pick up with pro-rated hours if not renting for the full week. The cart was in good condition and full of gas. Their carts are pet friendly. This is a small business, personally operated by the owner on St. Simons Island. We were there the week of Sept. 16th - 23rd. 2017. Highly recommend them.
Was on the island for the weekend and decided to rent some bikes. Went by after hours to see if they were still open because of the holiday weekend, they weren't, but the owner happened to be close by, saw us and came over. He opened the store back up and got us bikes for that evening and made the process simple and was happy to do so.
When we were leaving, our schedule got tight to make our flight on time and I called to see what they could do to help us with returning the bikes. They actually came by before we left and picked up the bikes saving us at least 30 minutes and helping us to make the flight. We really appreciated the service and the price was a good value. We will rent from them when we come back down again. Thanks for all the help!
I had family coming into town for the weekend and wanted to surprise them with a golf cart. I reached out to Nick at Island Carts and he was able to deliver the cart to my house the very next morning. My family had an absolute blast with the cart for the weekend. Excellent people.
