I was disapointed with the young man's handling of my mother's issue with her account. I strongly suggest that he under go further customer service training. On an earlier visit, I saw the same sales person demean an elderly lady of asking where to find a phone book.
I had a low opinion of AT&T when I lived on the west coast. But they have redeemed themselves here with their great service, competitive pricing, and knowledgeable installers.
Extremely intelligent individuals a pleasure to have dealt with. Took no time at all. Would recommend to all my friends and family !!!
