The employees who work here are extremely helpful and friendly. I had a minor issue with my iPhone, and they took care of me quickly and did not charge me anything. I am very pleased with their service, and will definitely go there for all of my phone and computer needs.
This place is amazing! Adam facilitated a trade in for a battery replacement from a 2012 MacBook Pro and we wound up with a 2017 pro with touch bar for $145 because it had an acknowledged battery problem. That's One hundred forty dollars for a $2400 computer!! Love Apple LOVE Simply Mac!
