Only positive things to say about this clinic. I have used them for a long time.
It's now going on an hour and a half and I've yet to be seen. There are 3 people in the waiting room. Although the staff is very nice, there is no update on when I and others will be seen. I will change my rating when I see the doctor. I have insurance and do not pay the premiums I do to sit and wait like this. It is to my disadvantage that I just moved here and have not set up with a PCP.
I just wanted to go home back to bed.
My 2 year old daughter and I have been waiting three hours to see a doctor. We were finally put in a room and had to wait another 30 minutes for the doctor to come in to see my daughter. It is a holiday week, so I understand the influx of patients, but this is insane. The staff is friendly and courteous, but the wait is just unacceptable. There is no sense of urgency evident anywhere. We are finally checking out and we have been a total of 3hours and 45 minutes.
Updated... after 2.5 hours of waiting I left. Received a refund on my copay. The front staff was very nice and apologetic about it but I couldn't wait any longer. Their were more people coming in who had waited just as long.
They are always nice and quick . I choose this location over the other 2 in brunswick
Should have listened to the other reviews but really had no choice. My 1 yr old had a fever so I took him in at 8:30. Finally got in a room at 10 and doctor came in at 10:40 for a 3 minute appt. Do you know how hard it is to occupy a 1 yr old for over 2 hours without letting him touch anything? Meanwhile people who came after me were seen before me. They said they mixed up my chart. She said the doctor put my chart down and then forgot about it. Staff was all pleasant but not in any hurry to get things done or worried about anyone. One doctor on for all these patients? They need a nurse practitioner or someone who could just see these simple, quick cases. Praying I never have to go back to this place again!
