The Banana - Split Blizzard was disappointing.
A friend of mine treated me to the chicken tender $5 lunch and it was AMAZING she got the $5 burger lunch that burger was huge! The food was delicious and the service in the drive through was very pleasant
Good food with poor service. We live here locally and love to swing by for a $5 lunch meal or blizzard. We waited 20 minutes in the drive through, only one cash register was open, people were stacked up inside, and they were getting orders swapped around. They tried to charge us for someone else's food and it took us a while to help them understand their mistake. We drove off frustrated AND THEN discovered they didn't give us a drink!
The product is good. The service needs tweaking. Lots of customers, the order is taken, they should do like all other eateries. Either take your name or give you a number, but they don't. So you have a lot of noise and they are calling out the order, can't hear what they are saying. not a good system when busy.
This place is horrible. Half the food we received was old tasting and cold. I sent it back and received the exact same tasty of did back that had just been reheated. I suggest no body eats here
